Suite 1: Includes one queen bed for one or two people.

Suite 2: Includes one queen and one twin bed for two people.

Suite 3: Includes one queen and one twin bed for three people.

Suite 4: Includes two queen beds for four people.

General Information

1. Check-in after 3pm. Check-out before 11am.

2. The bathtubs are original from the 1940s. They lost their shine decades ago and management has no plans for replacement at this time. They are scrubbed clean but some look otherwise.

3. The towels are 100% cotton (24" x 48") of  "premium" import quality from India or Pakistan.  Management is happy to use them as they are a fair value.

4. For guests who have an extended stay over one week, we gladly replace the sheets on the fourth day.

5. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

6. The Sherbrooke is not a party hotel.  Management doesn't tolerate loud noise, music, unreasonable traffic, and/or anything that disturbs the tranquility of the guest experience inside the building. There are many hotel options in South Miami Beach that cater to guests who are looking to party hard.  Please keep this in mind if you plan on making a reservation with us!

7. The Sherbrooke Hotel doesn't charge a Resort Fee!

8. The Sherbrooke Hotel doesn't offer shuttle service.

9. There are several parking garages nearby. The closest are the Pelican Garage at 1035 Collins Avenue and the Ballet Valet Garage on 7th Street between Washington and Collins Avenues.  Expect to pay at least $20 per day for parking.
